Developer gets green light for third phase of resi scheme

How Phase III will look

Elevate Property Group, the Birmingham-based company developing the former HMRC offices in Homer Road, Solihull, into apartments, has won permission for Phase III of the project.

The first phase of 30 apartments in Consort House is 100% sold out, and phase II, 70 apartments in Royal House is currently over 65% sold.

Now, Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has granted planning permission for Phase III, a further 60 apartments which will be built on top an existing two storey car park.

Work on the five storey building will start early in the New Year, which will include 32 one bedroom and 28 two bedroom apartments.

David Hofton, sales and marketing director of Elevate Property Group, said: “We are delighted to receive the approval of Solihull planners who recognised the merits of Elevate’s scheme to complete the Princes Gate development.

“With Consort House and Royal House already proving so popular, we are publishing images of Phase III, on which we are anticipating strong interest, based on the reaction of buyers to Consort House and Royal House.”
