A Black Country business specialising in IT and cloud solutions has purchased new commercial premises next door to its existing office.

CSCM, which was established in 2000, has bought the additional site at Swallowfield Courtyard on the Wolverhampton Road in Oldbury.

Jude Thompson, managing director of CSCM, said: “The new premises will enable us to expand and grow our team in the short term, with our longer term goal being to expand our offering internationally as a number of our UK clients have international premises and offerings.”

Funding was provided by Barclays.

Mike Orefice, Barclays business manager in the Black Country said: “Jude and his 26 strong team have become established within their sector and these new premises will provide a platform on which he can further expand the business.”

Shaun Owen, partner and head of business services at SME Solicitors in Worcester advised on the legal aspects of the deal.

He said: “We were delighted to work with Jude and the CSCM team and Barclays to ensure that all legal aspects including liaising with holders of other third party interests and that the financing aspects for the transaction were co-ordinated to ensure that the purchase was completed smoothly and on time. Every best wishes to CSCM for the next stage of their expansion.”
