Electronics manufacturer signs up to Warwickshire warehouse

arris Lamb has let a Warwickshire industrial unit to an electronics manufacturing and distribution firm.

Unit 9 on the Waterloo Industrial Estate in Bidford-on-Avon has been let to Ash Magnetics on a five-year lease.

Sara Garratt, who secured the new tenant, said: “There has been a lot of interest in opportunities on this estate from businesses seeking a central UK opportunity in recent months thanks to its reputation as a modern, well-managed business park located within convenient reach of the M40 and M42.

“This particular unit was an attractive proposition as it has recently been refurbished by the landlords to maintain the estate’s high standards.”

“Further to several enquiries from potential occupiers, Ash Magnetics, an established specialist site electrics manufacturer and distributor servicing the construction industry, come forward. Having committed to launching a hire service for its comprehensive range of transformers, the business required larger premises well-placed to service its UK-wide customer base, and the 2,427sq ft warehouse fitted the bill.”
