Office block full following latest letting
A town centre office block in West Bromwich is now fully occupied following the latest letting secured by property agents Bond Wolfe.
International logistics specialist FCL Global Forwarding and FCL Health Solutions, a licensed manufacturer and international wholesaler of pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines and medical devices, have signed a five year lease on 4,593 sq ft at Guardian House.
The 41,650 sq ft building is now fully let, and includes law firm Clark Brookes Turner Cary, Toshiba and SIPS – Sandwell Inspired Partnership Services.
The FCL Group have relocated from Hawthorns House on Halfords Lane as they were seeking modern, refurbished town centre premises.
James Mattin, managing partner at Bond Wolfe, said: “We are delighted to have concluded this letting to the FCL Group, who we previously placed in Hawthorns House.
“This deal is typical of the current trend of progressive companies like FCL wanting to be located in established town centre locations. Guardian House sits right in the middle of all the local amenities and tenants benefit from the close proximity to the New Square retail and leisure development.”
Marvin Elson, representing The FCL Group, said: “Our move to this larger space is just one of the many exciting developments planned within the group this year, as both companies continue to rapidly expand. The location helps make our offices a great place for our employees to work and thus we are delighted with this positive start to the year, as we focus our plans for future growth.
Clark Brookes Turner Cary acted for the landlord REI, and Kapasi & Co advised FCL.
