Rob will give delegates to this event the very latest on the Paradise scheme as the second phase, One Centenary Way, brings forward a further 280,000 sq ft of office space in the very heart of Birmingham. With new lettings in the pipeline, this is your chance to the the inside tracks on one of the city’s most important developments for a generation.

One Centenary Way follows on from the first phase of Paradise which includes One Chamberlain Square and Two Chamberlain Square.

One Chamberlain Square is fully let to PwC which moved more than 2,000 staff to the building in the new year. Dishoom, the Indian restaurant, has taken part of the ground floor space of the building.

At Two Chamberlain Square, law firm DLA Piper has taken the top two floors of office space while wine bar and restaurant Vinoteca will be launching outside London for the first time on the ground floor.
