Occupiers sought for space at council HQ

Occupiers are being sought for space available at Wyre Forest District Council’s HQ in Kidderminster.

Three offices, with floor plates ranging from 714 sq ft to 1,842 sq ft, are available to let at Wyre Forest House in Finepoint Way.

The building is the headquarters of the district council and the offices are being let on behalf of the authority.

Sara Garratt, of Harris Lamb’s agency team, said: “This is an excellent opportunity for businesses seeking well-appointed, secure and modern office space with convenient access links to the wider Midlands and beyond.

“A modern two-storey office building, Wyre Forest House has a large serviced reception area leading to a mixture of open plan and cellular offices via a card entry system.

“The three available offices are already furnished with desks – which can be rearranged to suit – and are open plan for the most part, with glazed partitioning and lockable doors. Each of them has an individual one-to-one meeting room, with further meeting rooms on site available to hire as required,” she said.

“There are superb facilities within the building, such as an on-site café and hospitality service, communal breakout areas and wc, shower and kitchen facilities. The building is in an attractive setting with courtyard garden areas with seating, and benefits from 147 on-site car parking spaces controlled by a barrier and card entry system, which are provided on a first come first served basis.

“In addition, there are a further 27 visitor car parking spaces and a covered cycle store.”

The offices are available on new internal repairing leases of a minimum term of one year.
