Software company extends lease at business park

A software firm has extended its lease at a Worcester business park.
Acting on behalf of landlord Pemberstone Partnership, Blue Marble Asset Management has extended the occupation of one of Whittington Hall’s longest standing tenants, Phixos, on the first floor at Teme House at Whittington Hall Business Park.
The suite totals 7,000 sq ft and Phixos has taken a new lease for a further 10 years.
Phixos develops and delivers engineering solutions to a customer base including some of the world’s leading OEMs within the aerospace, rail, space, defence, medical, energy and automotive industries.
John Larkin, chairman of Phixos, siad: “We are pleased to be staying in Teme House. The good quality accommodation and easily accessible location gives us a great deal of strategic flexibility in the present economic climate and the expected changes that are expected as a result of the current Covid-19 pandemic, to ensure we and the other companies in our group continue to offer a high quality service to our customers.”.
There are currently suites ranging from around 1,200 sq ft up to 10,000 available with additional car spaces available if required.
Further information on the available accommodation is available from the joint agents, Andy Venables at Avison Young and Neil Harris and Sara Garrett at Harris Lamb.
Amy Clapham, senior property and asset manager at Blue Marble, said: “Occupiers such as Phixos see the benefits of the semi-rural location, the great transport network and the site’s excellent facilities. It is a great success story to have a company of Phixos’s calibre renew their lease for a further ten years.”
