Business centre reaches full occupancy

The last remaining vacant unit at Anglesey Business Centre in Burton-on-Trent has now been let.

In 2016 the building underwent a full refurbishment programme.

The office space, situated on the second floor, has now been let to Al-Hurraya, a coordinator and senior counselling trauma specialist, in a deal which takes the occupancy levels to 100% at the site.

Business owner Michael Dawes said: “We are extremely happy to be moving into Anglesey Business Centre and offering our services to the local BAMER communities of Burton-on-Trent. We look forward to the forth coming years working here.”

Lucy Wilde, associate director at Staton Young, added: “To have achieved full occupancy in today’s current situation is an amazing achievement by the team.

“Anglesey Business Centre, like all our sites, offers great quality serviced office space at an affordable price. It has proven to be incredibly popular since the refurbishment in 2016.”

Staton Young also announced that other business centres in Derby (Derwent Business Centre, College Business Centre and Litchurch Plaza) are also almost at full occupancy, with only a handful of offices available.
