Housing development takes shape

Building work on a housing development in Rugby is progressing with the last homes now for sale.

Ashberry Homes is building up to 138 homes, including a range of three, four, and five-bedroom houses for private sale, at Tilia Park off Coventry Road.

Since the launch, a large number of homes have been constructed, with work expected to be completed in late 2021.

The housebuilder said there has been a flurry of interest from buyers since the development reopened in May, and now just 14 three, four and five-bedroom houses remain for sale.

Sales Manager for Ashberry Homes East Midlands, Claire Black, said: ““We have designed the homes here to cater for a wide range of prospective owners including first-time buyers and growing families and there’s consequently been a real mix of new residents at the development, with a lovely community now taking shape.”
