London resi developer launches first sales suite in Birmingham

The Galliard Apsley Partnership has opened its first dedicated sales office in Birmingham.

The show apartment and sales office are located at Timber Yard, the partnership’s new apartment development in the Southside district.

Timber Yard, on Pershore Street, comprises 379 apartments, including studio, one and two bedrooms. More than 80% of the new homes have already been sold off plan.

Amenities at Timber Yard include a 24/7 concierge, a private residents’ gym, lounge and screening room.

Don O’Sullivan, chief executive officer at Galliard Homes, said: “In London we deliver more than 2,000 homes each year and have a reputation for our luxe interiors and inclusive fit-out. In Birmingham we currently have five sites and a pipeline of more than 2,500 homes.

“The opening of a dedicated sales and show suite in the city is a major milestone for the business and we look forward to welcoming potential buyers to view our product for the first time.”

Gerard Nock, chairman at Apsley House Capital, said: “It feels great to be able to showcase the finished architecture and specification of the partnership’s product in Birmingham.”

Designed by Claridge Architects, Timber Yard is bounded by Hurst Street, Skinner Lane, Pershore Street and Claybrook Street. Its two blocks rise to six and 12 storeys.

The first buyers are expected to take up occupation from Q3/Q4 2021 onwards.
