Big shed developer to open new HQ in Warwickshire

Tournament Fields

Panattoni, the developer best known for large warehouse schemes, is to open a new headquarters building on Clowes Developments’ Tournament Fields scheme near Warwick.

The firm, which has taken a 2,500 sq ft unit, joins other tenants on the scheme, including Semcon, Eagle Burgmann, Geberit, GFA, 3P Innovation and Scholastic.

Paul Shanley, director at Clowes Developments, said: “The relationship with Panattoni goes way back. Clowes Developments gave the new First Industrial company their first major commission as employers agents role on our 1 million sq ft distribution warehouse at EMDC in Castle Donington for national retailer M&S in 2010.

“Later, First Industrial was bought out by Panattoni. The relationship continued as they purchased a plot of land at EMDC and speculatively built a 525,000 sq ft facility in 2019.

“We are delighted to agree the sale of these prestigious office at Tournament Court, and look forward to continuing our business relationship in the future”
