Plans revealed for 67 flats in city centre office building

Plans have been revealed to turn an office building in Birmingham city centre into 67 apartments.
Riverlow Midlands Group wants to transform the eight-storey Queens Gate House on Suffolk Street Queensway into residential use. The building sits next to the Mailbox complex.
The developer has outlined plans for a car-free scheme, which will be made up of 54 one-bedroom units and 13 two-bedroom flats. Some 72 cycle parking spaced will be provided.
Plans for a ground floor at the building would see a nightclub turned into office space.
