Office building fully let after Go Train deal

All 26,000 sq ft of space at a West Bromwich office building is now let following a recent deal with training provider.

The final 2,173 sq ft first floor office suite at Landchard House has been taken by Go Train, which has doubled the amount of space it is using.

James Mattin, managing director agency at Bond Wolfe, said: “Landchard house is a 26,000 sq ft multi-let office block situated just off the High Street. Its close proximity to the town centre amenities, metro line, and central bus station has always made it popular with tenants so it is no surprise that the building is now fully let.

“We have had a tremendous run of office lettings in the town , including the 18,000 sq ft let to Sandwell College at West Plaza.

“Demand for office space in West Bromwich remains and we are in a somewhat unexpected position where options for office space are becoming limited in the town.”
