Property management company appointed to Jewellery Quarter scheme

Property management company MetroPM has been appointed to manage Altitude Apartments, a mixed use scheme in the Jewellery Quarter.

Altitude Apartments on Powell Street was built in 2006 and comprises both commercial offices and residential apartments – in total 32 units.

MetroPM director Ian Smallman said: “We were very pleased to be approached by the client to take over the management of Altitude. The client was seeking an agent who would look after the scheme and be responsive and communicate with the leaseholders, ensuring the building is well maintained at all times.”

Margaret Cattell, a director at the Altitude Property Management Company, which appointed MetroPM, said: “We have experienced various issues and wanted a professional and proactive firm who would look after our interests and ensure the property is well managed, be responsive and address maintenance issues quickly.”
