All houses sold at nearly-completed residential scheme

All the homes at a new housing development in Uttoxeter have now been sold, with construction work due to be completed in the next few weeks.

Bellway is delivering 119 homes at Bramshall Green, off Bramshall Road – a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes alongside landscaped green open space and a children’s play area.

Marie Richards, sales director for Bellway West Midlands, said: “Bramshall Green is now completely sold out, several weeks before construction work is due to be completed at the site.

“The high demand for new housing in Uttoxeter is clear to see as the last 12 homes at Bramshall Green, including the Lilac showhome, have sold in just two months.

“As building work nears completion, we are now preparing to hand over the final selection of homes and welcome their owners to this new community of residents on the edge of the beautiful Staffordshire countryside.”

Work began at Bramshall Green in 2017 and will be completed this autumn as Bellway continues with other ongoing construction projects in Staffordshire.
