Work starts on industrial scheme
Work is underway to deliver a multimillion-pound development of small industrial units in Birmingham.
Key Land Capital is redeveloping the site of Kestrel House, at Aston Brook Street East, in Aston, after securing planning consent from Birmingham City Council
The plans include seven new build, high quality class E and B2-usesmall industrial units. The company hopes to complete construction by Q4 2022.
Construction contractor IDEASE Construction has been instructed to deliver the project.
The Birmingham-based independent property development and investment company acquired Kestrel House, a 16,600 sq ft unit on a 0.42 acres site for £700,000, last year.
Kestrel House is the former headquarters of Hobday, which traded as E-shopfitting, wholesalers of shop fittings and sign equipment
