Global property consultancy signs Colmore Row deal
The Birmingham operation of Knight Frank is to relocate to a new office at 103 Colmore Row.
The property consultancy has signed a 15-year lease on 4,376 sq ft, taking part of the 18th floor of the 26-storey building with joint venture partners Sterling Property Ventures (Sterling) and Tristan Capital Partners (Tristan).
Knight Frank is currently based at One Colmore Row, where it employs around 50 people.
It is set to move to its new office at the end of Q1 2022, increasing its occupation of office space in the city.

103 Colmore Row comprises 223,631 sq ft of Grade A office space and at 108 metres, it is the tallest office development in the city.
Knight Frank is the fourth occupier to take office space in the building, joining wealth management and professional services group Tilney Smith & Williamson, business and financial advisers Grant Thornton, law firm Shoosmiths, and workspace provider x+why, which will operate 31,500 sq ft of flexible office space on the first, second and third floors.
x+why will also operate the members’ business club on the 18th floor.
The two-storey top floor restaurant and ground floor café will both be operated by D&D London.
