Dental practice sold for first time in more than 30 years

The Westgate Dental Practice in Warwick is under new ownership for the first time in 33 years.

Established in 1983, the practice is a six-surgery, mixed income business located close to Warwick Castle.

Since 1989, the business has been owned by Dr James Clark and was recently brought to market as part of Dr Clark’s phased retirement plan.

The Westgate Dental Practice has been sold husband and wife team, Dr Monty and Jaspreet Bains, who are experienced dental practice owners.

Dr Bains said: “The practice is incredibly well established, in a fantastic position next to Warwick Castle. We look forward to working with all of the brilliant staff at the practice and, in time, we’ll be looking to add teeth straightening and composite bonding to further enhance the practice’s service offering.”

Steve O’Connor, senior business agent – Dental at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, added: “It was a pleasure to act for Dr Clark in the sale of his practice to Monty and Jaspreet. Dr Clark has managed and developed The Westgate Dental Practice for more than 30 years and created an exceptional dental practice. Something I know Monty and Jaspreet plan to continue and build upon.

“This sale further demonstrates the strength of the dental market across the Midlands, which remains incredibly buoyant with demand far-outweighing supply.”

The Westgate Dental Practice was sold for an undisclosed price.
