Buyer sought for industrial development site

Commercial property agents Siddall Jones have brokered a deal that will help to address the region’s chronic shortage of industrial property.

ABSE Developments, a company owned by entrepreneur Kevin Sharkey, managing director of Key Land Capital, has been granted planning permission to construct seven commercial units.

The plans involve the demolition of the existing buildings and preparation for the development at 57-59 Aston Brook Street East, Aston, Birmingham, which has already taken place.

Siddall Jones is now seeking a buyer for the cleared 0.42 acre site with offers in the region of £875,000 required for the freehold land.

Ed Siddall-Jones, managing director of Siddall Jones, said: “There is huge demand for industrial units both for sale and to let, and we are already receiving strong interest in this site.”
