Resi management company wins contract for historic Birmingham development

Birmingham-based KWB Residential has been appointed to manage one of the city’s most historic and sought-after apartment developments which has been home to numerous TV, music and football stars.
The residential management specialist has won the contract for Queens College Chambers on Paradise Street.
The block used to be the Birmingham Medical School and was opened by Queen Victoria in 1837. The existing building still has the Grade Two listed façade and comprises 120 apartments and two commercial units.
Famous past residents have included actor Robert Vaughn and Adrian Lester as well as musicians and Premier league footballers. The building also featured on BBC TV series Hustle and British science fiction movie The Girl with All the Gifts.
Under the contract, KWB will provide day-to-day support for the scheme, including maintenance, security, and health and safety.
