Property consultancy’s new residential division wins first instructions

Property consultancy Burley Browne’s new land and homes division is celebrating winning its first instructions after being appointed to market two apartment developments in Birmingham.

Developer Sidley Piper Homes has instructed Burley Browne Residential Land and New Homes to market its developments Trinity View House and Mill House, both located in the heart of Sutton Coldfield town centre.

Burley Browne Residential works hand-in-hand with property developers throughout the development process, from sourcing land to marketing new homes schemes.

Burley Browne joint managing director David Hemming said: “This is a wonderful start for Burley Browne Residential. We are excited to be working alongside Sidley Piper Homes to market these two high quality apartment developments which are already attracting significant interest from potential buyers.”

Nicola Allen is new homes specialist at Burley Browne Residential.

She said: “We couldn’t have hoped for a better foundation to showcase our expertise. We strive to work with the best local developers because quality is so important to us. We are therefore delighted to be working on behalf of Sidley Piper Homes, a privately owned Sutton Coldfield-based housebuilder that specialises in individual, bespoke properties of the highest quality.

“Each of their developments is designed to suit the location and to offer a luxury alternative for the discerning homebuyer. Sidley Piper Homes takes great pride in its work and does everything above and beyond for buyers to make sure the whole new homes experience is exceptional.”

Trinity View House overlooks the beautiful gardens of Holy Trinity Church. The Grade II listed building is being converted into a collection of one and two-bedroom apartments.

Mill House, fronting Midland Drive and just off the High Street, is a new-build development providing a selection of two-bedroom city living apartments including a penthouse.
