Company involved in Alexander Stadium refurb signs deal for Wolverhampton offices

A company involved in the major refurbishment of the Alexander Stadium in time for the Commonwealth Games has sealed the deal for offices in Wolverhampton.

Fast growing mechanical and electrical contractors King & Moffatt Building Services needed more space urgently, so the letting of the entire 7,450 sq ft ground floor at Venture Court was completed in two weeks.

The company has taken the space for five years, with a tenant-only break at three years.

Jack Sears, asset manager at Birmingham-based REI, said: “This was an open market letting to King & Moffatt Building Services and we are very grateful to all those who moved so quickly to enable this to complete smoothly and efficiently.”

REI was represented by Rod Spiby of Bulleys with legal advice from Donna Barnes at Shakespeare Martineau.
