Commercial fit-out firm relocates to Birmingham’s tallest tower

Fit-out specialists Rhino Interiors are the latest business to move to Birmingham’s tallest tower – 103 Colmore Row.

The commercial design, build and industrial fit-out experts will move 35 staff onto floor three of the building, consolidating their current two offices at 126 Colmore Row and Burnsall Road,
Coventry, into one.

Rhino says the move into one office will reduce its carbon footprint, with the building itself having strong sustainability credentials and BREEAM Excellent rating. As the company continues to grow rapidly, flexible workspace provider and B Corp certified x+why is able to accommodate growth in the team.

Managing Director of Rhino, Ben Wheatcroft said: “The business has seen fantastic growth over the last two years and our move will accommodate, not only our future expansion, but it will also support one of our core values which is all about keeping the Rhino team connected and enabling them to work productively, efficiently and innovatively.

“The post-pandemic workplace has brought the need for the workplace to provide employees with additional reasons to return to the office. As well as a great working environment and an excellent cup of coffee, the introduction of wellbeing programmes, concierge services, networking opportunities, events and memberships can help to fulfil these requirements. The combination of 103 Colmore Row and x+why’s flexible offering provides a wealth of market-leading facilities.”
