x+why opens workspace in Birmingham’s tallest office building

x+why the flexible workspace specialist has opened its second Birmingham site in the city’s tallest office building 103 Colmore Row.

x+why will be operating 31,500sqft of flexible workspace across the first, second and third floors. comprising private offices, dedicated desks, and creative breakout areas, as well as bookable meeting rooms, phone booths and amenities.

The workspace specialist will also be managing eighteen, a new exclusive members clubspace on the 18th floor.  This space includes a lounge, bar, meeting rooms, a boardroom, and a 3000sq ft outdoor terrace boasting views across Birmingham.
