Developer lodges plans for Coventry scheme

SevenHomes has submitted a planning application to Coventry City Council to deliver 40 homes in Keresley.

Located off land between Fivefield Road and Tamworth Road, the proposed development will introduce a collection of two, three and four bedroom homes, 25% of which are earmarked as affordable housing.

A planning decision for the proposed development is expected by summer 2023.
