Global steel production giant completes relocation
Global steel production giant ArcelorMittal’s has completed its relocation to new offices at Friars Gate in Solihull.
The 45-strong team are now fully operational in the 7,060 sq ft office space at the building off the A34 Stratford Road.
The relocation process was led by KWB Workplace director Adrian Southall.
Karen Reading, company secretary at ArcelorMittal, said: “We’re really happy with KWB’s work and delighted to be in our new office. We needed a smaller space in a convenient location with parking and this fits the bill perfectly.”
Southall added: “I’m really pleased to see ArcelorMittal settled into their new base and it was great to work with them again. This was a complex job and I’d like to thank the various contractors for their hard work in getting it across the line and to budget.
“Having previously moved Caterpillar Financial into the ground floor of Friars Gate meant we also had that experience to build on.”
John Bryce, director of KWB Office Agency, sourced and acquired ArcelorMittal’s new office space at Friars Gate earlier this year.
