Andrew has more than 20 years’ experience in the property sector, 13 of those years were spent working as a Building Surveyor at Knight Frank.

He has overseen the refurbishment of around 1m sq ft of distribution and industrial facilities, alongside several offices including 103 Colmore Row – Birmingham’s tallest commercial building.

Standing at 26-storeys, 103 Colmore Row is 108m tall and comprises of 223,631 sq ft. Tenants include D&D London’s newest restaurant Orelle, Knight Frank, Arcadis, Browne Jacobson and Colliers.
