Seven-storey Brum office building sold for £3.7m
Circle Property has sold a prominent Birmingham city centre office building in a deal worth almost £3.7m – some £1.5m less than it was valued at in March.
36 Great Charles Street, a seven-storey building, has been snapped up by Posthandle. Circle bought the property in 2015 for £2.5m.
Profit before tax for the year ended 31 March 2022 attributable to 36 Great Charles Street was £146,000. The sale price represents a 29.6% decrease on the 31 March 2022 valuation of £5.2m.
Completion of the deal is expected in mid-January 2023.
