‘Game-changing’ Brindleyplace sports bar set for June opening

Arc Inspirations is set to open its 20th venue in Brindleyplace on June 3.
Brindleyplace’s former PizzaExpress building is set to be transformed BOX – a “game-changing” high-quality sports bar and kitchen opening just in time for the FA Cup showdown between Manchester United and Manchester City.
The 10,000 sq ft venue is spread over two floors and can hold 575 guests. The ground floor boasts an open kitchen, an island bar and is surrounded by 32 TV screens so guests can watch the biggest and best sports live. BOX will also feature two 18-foot maple wood European Shuffleboard tables.
A live band will also be playing every Friday and Saturday night playing favourite floor-fillers, along with a resident ‘Bandeoke’ hosted every Thursday night. You can also hire their swish private karaoke room for you and your friends.
BOX also has an upstairs bar and private dining room as well an outdoor area for 30 seats.
General Manager Alison Moody says: “As we gear up for a summer of fun, we’re absolutely thrilled to be opening our biggest venue ever. We love Birmingham and we’re confident BOX will quickly become a popular addition to the incredible nightlife and bar scene here, just like Manahatta has. It’s Game, Set and Match for the party people of Brum.”
