Two new tenants secured for Temple Street office
More tenants have been secured for Northspring | Temple Street, a brand-new office building in Birmingham city centre.
Specialist property and construction law firm BWL and wealth management consultants Signature Group, have both moved to the property this Spring.
The building offers amenities such as ‘The Club’ – a high-end business lounge boasting a 13-seat screening room, podcast studio, meeting rooms and Zoom booth, along with communal workspace for hot-desking and a refreshments bar.
It also includes ‘The Park’ – a fitness suite and contemplation room with shower and changing facilities alongside a cycle storage and repair station and EV charging bays in the basement car park.
On the roof, you’ll find ‘The Deck’, a landscaped open-air terrace, boasting views of the Birmingham skyline.
