Trio of deals complete at Blythe Valley Park

A trio of deals have been completed at Connexion II, Blythe Valley Park in Solihull.

Savills and CBRE, on behalf of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust, secured pre-lets to Solotech UK Group and Reeley, with the third deal completing within two months of practical completion to a confidential occupier.

Solotech UK, a leading professional audio and video services firm, has taken occupation of unit 1 totalling 50,835 sq ft.

Solihull-based Reeley, the UK’s largest independent  lift, escalator and stairlift component supplier, has taken unit 2, which totals 42,765 sq ft. Both firms have agreed to new 10-year leases. The third unit totals 25,599 sq ft.

Connexion II comprises three speculatively built high specification units, developed by IM Properties on behalf of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust. The scheme reached practical completion in February 2023.

Given the ongoing lack of supply across the region, it comes as no surprise that the whole scheme had strong early interest and pre-lets have been achieved on two of the units with the final unit completing shortly after practical completion.”
