Latest retail opportunity launches at Coventry’s Friargate

New retail space, which could become Coventry’s latest bar, café, or restaurant, has been launched to the market by specialist property agents Creative Retail.

Located on the ground floor of Two Friargate, Coventry’s new office building, potential occupiers are being sought for over 4,500 sq ft of retail space.

With more than 1,500 potential customers in the Grade A office building above, occupiers would also benefit from the more than 100,000 journeys made through Coventry train station each week.

The building is on schedule for final completion and will be ready for occupation later this year.
