Survey specialist feels at home in Birmingham and Coventry

Fast-growing RICS accredited home survey specialist GB Home Surveys has increased its market share in the Midlands after expanding into Birmingham and Coventry.

Originally established as Gooch and Burley Chartered Surveyors in April 1992, GB Home Surveys was acquired by James Quinn in 2016, and is now a leading residential property survey provider, serving customers throughout the West Midlands, South West and South Wales.

GB Home Surveys has now cemented its market presence throughout Birmingham and Coventry with the appointment of new local surveyor Amar Barn.

He will now deliver RICS home surveys and valuations for purchasers across the West Midlands.
