Fit-out company marks record turnover with launch of city centre building

Estilo Interiors, a contractor specialising in the design and build of commercial fit-out and refurbishments, is celebrating record turnover of almost £30m and the launch of a prominent Birmingham city centre building.

Founded in 2003 by CEO Andrew Moore, Estilo Interiors has secured numerous client project wins across the UK this year.

Estilo Interiors has now completed Lombard House, a 62,000 sq ft property situated in Birmingham’s Colmore business district. This renovation project encompassed the CAT A design and build common part areas executed for property consultants Gerald Eve.

Simon Johns, partner at Gerald Eve, said: “The execution and delivery of the works was well considered with Estilo Interiors completing the works during normal working hours whilst the tenants remained in occupation.  The completed works provide a top quality and modern office destination, providing an uplifted look and feel, in keeping with the art deco era of construction of Lombard House”.

Moore added: “We take pride in our ability to seamlessly integrate our clients’ visions with our innovative approach, resulting in remarkable project completions that exceed expectations. Our recent instruction and completion with Gerald Eve, among others, demonstrate the trust and confidence our clients place in us. We remain committed to delivering excellence, pushing boundaries, and raising the bar in the industry. We are excited about our continued growth and success that lies ahead.

“We are also thrilled to announce our company’s exceptional financial results, achieving another record-breaking success. As a leading main contractor, we have consistently delivered outstanding design and build solutions for our clients, and these results are a testament to our team’s dedication and expertise.”
