Property firm chosen to manage mixed-use scheme in Worcester

Principle Estate Management has been selected to oversee the management of the initial phase of a significant mixed-use project in Worcester city centre.

This initial phase, known as Sherriff’s Gate, involves the construction of 213 apartments across two blocks.

Sherriff’s Gate is part of a larger development that aims to deliver a total of 468 apartments, 40,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, a 200-room hotel, and various leisure and hospitality units, including restaurants, a 10-pin bowling alley, a cinema, and a gym.

Once completed, this development will cover approximately 900,000 sq ft of previously derelict land in the city centre, offering nearly 1,000 new parking spaces.

Robert Simonds, a director at Principle Estate Management said: “We were introduced to Stennard Harrison, managing director of Sherriff’s Gate Developments Ltd by Connells New Homes team in Worcester, who are appointed to sell the apartments. This is an exciting time for Worcester, and we are very pleased to be involved in the early stages of what is a major regeneration scheme for the Shrub Hill area.”
