Management portfolio bolstered by addition of 200 homes

KWB Residential has added nearly 200 homes to its 2,300-home portfolio across the Midlands.

The residential management firm will take over the running of Park Gate at Lyndon Place in Sheldon. It’s a mixed use development of 126 apartments with an onsite gym, communal rooftop terrace, grounds and office space next to Sheldon Park.

KWB Property Management has also been appointed to manage the commercial element.

Timbermill Court

The other deal is for Timbermill Court in Harborne, a retirement housing complex with 55 flats, communal facilities and a convenient location close to Harborne’s shopping area.

KWB Residential’s role across both properties includes maintenance, health and safety, security, upkeep of the common areas, liaising with residents and managing on-site staff and suppliers.
