Heather Hill has joined property consultancy MK2 Real Estate as client accountant in the firm’s property management team.

She has more than 20 years’ experience handling finances for commercial property clients, having worked in the role at Cushman & Wakefield, Orbit Property Management and latterly Pennycuick Collins.

Heather’s appointment brings MK’s growing property management team up to 33. The firm has 5.25m sq ft of commercial property under management and a rent roll in excess of £35m.

Marcello Della Croce, who heads the team, said: “As our client base continues to grow it’s great to bring in another senior hire to ensure we can continue to deliver the first-class service MK2 has become synonymous with.”

 

Charlotte Gilham and Leo Gee

National land promoter Richborough has made two appointments to its technical team as part of its drive to deliver better value for landowners and development partners.

Charlotte Gilham has been appointed Technical Coordinator and supports Richborough’s Western Division on the lifecycle of its projects, from planning stage through to disposal.

Charlotte has a HND in Construction Management and the Built Environment and has joined from Piper Homes, having previously worked at Spitfire Homes, Bellway Homes and Persimmon Homes.

Leo Gee has joined as Technical Administrator and helps collate site constraints and information to help prepare planning applications. He also supports the production of the extensive sales and technical packs Richborough provides to its purchasing development partners.

Leo has an undergraduate degree in accounting and business management, and an MBA in sports governance and leadership.

Elaine Huttley

Law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced the promotion of Birmingham-based partner Elaine Huttley to the role of National Head of Employment.

Elaine has been at Irwin Mitchell for seven years and as part of her new role, she will lead the firm’s award winning 14 partner, 70-strong national team.

Expressing her excitement about her promotion, Elaine stated: “I am truly honoured to have been promoted to the position of National Head of Employment at Irwin Mitchell. It is a testament to the support and opportunities I have received during my time with the firm.
