Contractor appointed to deliver £12m HQ for engineering firm

Midlands-based main contractor MCS Group has been appointed to deliver a £12m new headquarters in Warwickshire for an electrical engineering company.

WAGO UK & Ireland has enlisted MCS Group to construct a three-story office section alongside approximately 34,000 sq ft of warehouse and assembly space on Crick Road, Houlton, Rugby.

The 48-week project is expected to reach practical completion in late 2024.
