IT firm snaps up health data specalist

A Warwick-based firm has acquired health data migration specialist Stalis to improve its ability to offer data management expertise to healthcare providers.

Egress has purchased Stalis as it looks to offer a new proposition to the healthcare sector. The new group will provide end-to-end data management services and solutions, from reviews and assessments, data migration, system integration, archiving and data quality, through to advanced analytics for proactive and predictive care.

Both firms are already working with the NHS to ensure it has “complete data confidence” when improving care outcomes for patience.

Midlands law firm Wilkes played a role in facilitating this transaction.

Stalis will continue to operate as Stalis, with a complete focus on healthcare. No organisational changes are planned and all the senior leadership team, including Kate Bryan as MD, are remaining in post.
