National tanning studio secures new retail unit

A national chain of tanning studios has secured a deal for a retail unit in the West Midlands.

Consol Tanning has signed a 15-year lease for unit three at 255 Birmingham Road, Stratford upon Avon, marking a step in the company’s expansion plans.

Johnson Fellows has also been tasked with helping Consol find suitable properties across England, with more than 70 towns and cities, including Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Southampton, Hereford, Oxford, and Cardiff, under consideration.

Johnson Fellows’ agency partner Chris Gaskell said: “We are thrilled that we have been able to acquire the former Bath Store in Stratford upon Avon on behalf of Consol Tanning as it embarks on a major expansion of its chain of studios.

“We are now focused on acquiring similar sites, with parking, in a wide range of locations from Birmingham down to the south coast. I would urge anyone with properties they believe may be suitable to get in contact with me to discuss our client’s requirements.”
