St. Modwen Logistics units added to the market

Two vacant warehouse units have been placed on the market at a St. Modwen Logistics business park near Stratford-upon-Avon.

Fisher German has been appointed alongside joint agents Bromwich Hardy to market 88,838 sq ft and 42,764 sq ft units at Meon Vale Business Park.

Blackstone-owned St. Modwen Logistics is set to merge with Industrials REIT to become a pure-play logistics business named Indurent from July 2024.

Jack Dutton, surveyor at Fisher German, added: “In a sector which continues to exhibit high levels of rental growth, Meon Vale offers an opportunity to acquire cost effective warehouse accommodation on an established and well-located estate.”

“Fisher German has had recent success in winning instructions in and around the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’, including sites in Warwick and Daventry, and this instruction at Meon Vale Business Park further expands our geographical reach within this area.”

Yafeth Asher, asset manager, St. Modwen Logistics, said: “With approximately 750,000sq ft of employment space, Meon Vale forms part of a wider St. Modwen-led project to create a vibrant, mixed-use scheme which is home to more than 1,000 residential properties, boasts more than 35 acres of woodland, and benefits from a £5m leisure centre, community centre and retail properties.”
