Composites industry specialist snapped up in share sale

Composites industry specialist Magnum Venus Products Europe has been acquired by the Tricel Group.

MVP Europe, a supplier of specialist equipment and materials to the UK composites industry, will join Glouchestershire-based Tricel Group after more than 30 years of operation, following a share sale.

Based in Brierley Hill, West Midlands, MVP Europe collaborated with advisors at Knights on the sale.

Jon Start, partner, and Alex Morris, senior associate, led a team of specialists, supported by employment lawyers Mia Drury and Michelle Wooding.

Tricel Group were also advised on the long-running transaction by Knights and was supported by James Hawkins partner, Linda Wylie employment specialist, and Caroline Melville, real estate lawyer.
