A former children’s home is set to be auctioned by Bond Wolfe on behalf of Birmingham City Council in their upcoming July auction.
The two-storey detached property at 55 Stevens Avenue, Birmingham, is being sold freehold with a guide price of £325,000+.
More recently, it has been used as a family centre, featuring offices, classrooms, and seven parking spaces.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: “This is an interesting site with significant redevelopment potential, subject to planning permission, and is located in a great area.”
It is among many properties listed in Bond Wolfe’s next auction, beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 11.
