Surveyors choose Birmingham city centre for new Midlands base

Ardent Management is the latest to expand within the Northspring family, choosing Northspring, Temple Street as their new Midlands base.

The firm provides land and consent management services for infrastructure and regeneration projects across the UK and Ireland.

Its Birmingham team has grown to over 50 people, prompting the move to a larger space at Northspring, Temple Street.

The new office is being customised by Workspace Design & Build to meet Ardent’s specific needs and marks the second Northspring location for the company.

Group managing director Jon Stott said “We’ve been a tenant of Northspring in Leeds for nearly a year, and it’s been a great experience so far. The office on Temple Street is in an A1 location and the space itself, as well as the amenities, provide exactly what we’re looking for. It’s been great to work with Northspring and Workspace to design the space in our image, and we are excited to see the finished product. We need to work with  partners who share our desire for quality and Northspring are a great fit in that regard.”

Richard Williams, director at Lambert Smith Hampton said: “I am delighted to secure another letting at Temple Street, and all the more pleased with Ardent being an existing Northspring customer in Leeds. There’s really no greater endorsement of  the Northspring facilities and general client care than to see an existing tenant  seeking to grow a partnership with their landlord across multiple locations.”
