Agency sells half of Worcestershire development before completion

Nicol & Co estate agency has sold half the homes in a new development in Malvern Hills, Worcestershire.

The Adelaide House project in West Malvern has now listed apartment No. 8 for sale, joining the four properties already sold “off plan” to buyers.

Apartments 1, 7, 5, and 2 have already been sold, with the latest property priced at £280,000.

The refurbished second-floor apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan living area and a fully-fitted kitchen.
