Property firm clinches spot to manage investor’s international activities
Global wealth management firm St. James’s Place has chosen Centrick Invest as an approved partner for its property investment activities in Hong Kong and Singapore.
The wealth manager has added Centrick Invest to its panel as a property partner, making it one of a select few worldwide.
Founded in Birmingham, Centrick Invest will offer residential property investment opportunities to St. James’s Place clients in the Asian markets who are interested in exploring real estate investments.
The operations in Hong Kong and Singapore will be led by John Treacy and Siôn Bennett.
Centrick Invest will identify developers and projects with strong potential returns, conducting assessments of developments, the associated professional team, funding, track record, and a comprehensive range of other criteria before proceeding.
