Dutch software group makes eighth UK acquisition

The software division of Accident Exchange has been acquired by Total Specific Solutions (TSS) a Netherlands-headquartered software company.

Birmingham-based AX Innovation (AXI) offers a range of software products designed to enhance fleet management and vehicle protection for the franchised vehicle dealership and vehicle hire sectors in the UK and Ireland.

Key products include AX Track, a vehicle tracing and recovery solution; AX Manage, a real-time loan car and insurance management system; and AX Connect, a suite of in-vehicle connected devices and monitoring software.

AXI is the 8th company to join TSS in the UK/Ireland region.
