Law firm offers advice to property professionals
LAW firm Challinors White & Billingham is staging a series of workshops for commercial and residential property investors and landlords.
The seminars are designed to give property professionals practical help and guidance on current legal issues surrounding the sector.
The events are the first in a programme of initiatives created by the Halesowen practice to match the profile and needs of the local community.
Raj Bains, a specialist civil and commercial litigation solicitor, said: “One of our main objectives is to provide our clients with the type of practical assistance and guidance they need for peace-of-mind and protection, through a programme of no-nonsense and convenient seminar events.”
The programme kicks-off with a series of three workshops designed to benefit both new and existing property developers and investors.
The seminars, which will be held at the firm’s offices, will begin at 5pm and cover topics including: tips for landlords on how to avoid problems; funding and finance for property investors; and, tips on buying, selling and letting.
