Recruitment consultant relocates in Brindleyplace

PROFESSIONAL recruitment consultancy Robert Walters has become the latest tenant at Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham in a “clear sign the market is picking up”.

The new occupant becomes the third in the past month to move into the office complex owned by Argent, following recent lettings to Friend LLP and the Institute of Directors which moves in on June 21.

Robert Walters has signed a 10-year lease for 4,500 sq ft of Grade A office space on the ninth floor of the building and is due to take up its new residence in August.

Currently housed in Three Brindleyplace, Robert Walters is relocating to accommodate its growing team of recruitment consultants.

Steve Randall, MD of UK regions for Robert Walters, said: “Having been based in Brindleyplace for several years, Robert Walters’ Birmingham team really enjoys both the business environment and social aspect that the estate offers and Eleven Brindleyplace presents a great opportunity to further develop and expand this regional office.

“Eleven Brindleyplace perfectly matches our requirements with its first class facilities and its BREEAM ‘Excellent’ accreditation brings us in line with our environmental policy.”

Argent project manager Ross Fittall added: “We are thrilled that Robert Walters has chosen to relocate within the Brindleyplace estate and become the latest tenant of Eleven Brindleyplace.

“The floorplate flexibility of the building is ideal for growing businesses such as this.

“To have signed three new tenants within just a few weeks of each other is a clear sign that the market is picking up.”

Robert Walters will join existing tenants Argent, Colliers International and Friend LLP at Eleven Brindleyplace which is located opposite City Inn.

Tenants of the building will also have use of the meeting room facilities and business lounge.
