Euro Glazing snaps up neighbouring property

A BLACK Country double glazing business is expanding – taking over the factory next door in a move which could potentially create new jobs.
Euro Glazing (UK), of West Bromwich, has agreed a £200,000 deal with the help of commercial property agency Bond Wolfe.
Based in Spon Lane, Euro Glazing (UK) is acquiring Unit 2, Sam’s Lane, a former MOT service station, which lies at the back of its own premises.
A spokesman said: “The business is growing. We have put in a lot of hard work and are trading well despite the difficult economic climate.”
James Mattin, Bond Wolfe managing partner, said: “Euro Glazing (UK) snapped up this unit so fast it went under offer in just seven days.
“The message is that freehold industrial units are seeing good demand locally. Indeed we could do with more as the interest is definitely there.”
Unit 2, Sam’s Lane, is made up of two buildings, one of 4,500 sq ft and the other 2,500 sq ft.
